A truly stressful year, stressful month, stressful week ... Today is a day where I feel like quitting; to give up; a day where the end seems so faraway, so out of sight, so out of reach. A day where I think about my options or how things would be like if I give up now.

I know I don't appear to be feeling anything like that. These hairline cracks in my inner defenses, slowly coming apart. Or not.

But I know I cannot give up. Just keep going ... Keep pressing on. Hard.
Intermittent headache for the second consecutive day. Help.

Too tired to do anything productive..........

Haven't printed notes for tmrw's lecture at 10am but I'm feeling too lazy to do it now. I didn't mention that there are five Taiwan students here for exchange too but they'll be here for a month. I don't know how much they are enjoying Sg, but the fact that I'm saying this means I feel that maybe they're not having THAT much fun? I don't know. Food-wise, there aren't many foods here that are very much different from Taiwan, and its prolly similar/better over there and more importantly, cheaper. Shopping-wise, needless to say. I wish I could make a difference to their stay here, e.g. bring them to more places, spend more time with them but I'm pretty much limited :( trying to do so many things huh.

I feel sad when the things here are so expensive for them; the cost of living, the everything. A 6-person hostel room costs ~$5,000 for a month?!?!! That is plain crazy. Well... I just hope they will enjoy the rest of their stay here and may this experience become a special memory for them.

I have to keep in mind to stop overloading myself, haha okay Bye.

The fact that I started work for Year 4 in June and am revising lectures now in Week 2 ... just shows what an extraordinary year this is going to be. Scary, much. The current main issue is that I'm not getting much headway in my literature review (4,000 words) ggaahhhh. In terms of both searching, and writing. Anyway, I volunteered to host exchange students from Thailand for two weeks and I'm glad I did so ;) bucket list for before-university-life-ends. The last 1.5 weeks have been dayummm tiring, I haven't been seeing my family much but its been very fulfilling :) At the age of 22, it is their first time taking an aeroplane and travelling out of Thailand and their stories constantly remind myself of how fortunate I am to have been born in Singapore. They are leaving on Saturday afternoon and I guess their departure will signify the end of the unspoken break Chan (my Hons supervisor) has given me for these two weeks.

Let the Hunger Games begin!
